Sheila Warren BA (Hons), Chartered FCIPD

An experienced Consultant, Trainer, Adviser and Assessor, Sheila’s particular interest and expertise is in The Partnership Standard. Following a senior management career in industry, Sheila has worked extensively across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She particularly relishes the challenge of supporting cross-sector partnerships and is noted for her constructive, no-nonsense approach to problem solving.
Sheila is also licensed as an Assessor for the Investors in People Standard and as such she has assessed a wide range of organisations in the UK and in Italy. Her other principal interests are employment law and workplace mediation. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Employment Tribunals.
Ingrid Dzerins BSc (Hons)

Ingrid is a specialist in Governance with 20 years’ experience working in different parts of the housing sector. Ingrid has worked at a senior level for a large housing association supporting its group governance structure with responsibility for regulation and board member recruitment, training and development and has worked closely with chief executives and company secretaries. She also has extensive experience in governance reviews, research, policy development, equality and diversity and audit inspections.
Amanda Livermore, FdSc, Chartered MCIPD

Amanda is a specialist in people management and development, with 20 years experience in leading private and charity sector organisations. Amanda has worked as a senior manager and business partner within corporate HR functions for 10 years, developing and communicating HR strategy and policy, providing legislative expertise and mediation, and holding day-to-day responsibility for professional teams within HR and Learning and Development.
Greg Robinson BSc (Econ) Hons, FCCA
Standards Adviser
Greg is a senior executive with a background in finance and asset management. He has extensive experience of leading large operational, technical and professional teams and has held senior positions in both local government and the housing sector.
Greg’s aim is to ensure value for money from system reviews, an objective he feels is critical to organisations’ sustainability and development.
