The Partnership Standard is a benchmark that demonstrates that a partnership is delivering a service that surpasses what the individual organisations are able to provide alone. Innovation, resources and technical expertise can be pooled and value for money can be more successfully achieved.
The Partnership Standard is based upon a set of eight indicators that will enable your organisation to measure its achievements.
The indicators are separated into three levels of activity:
Level One assesses the partners’ commitment to, and understanding of, why a partnership is being developed as well as the requirements of each partner in terms of effort, skills, values, behaviours, expectations and contribution.
Level Two assesses the practical measures for getting started in partnership, such as objective setting, skills analysis, the impact on social inclusion and evaluating success.
Level Three assesses how effective a partnership is in action by reviewing the partnership in operation, together with evidence of its shared values and behaviours.
